Our team is dedicated to old world techniques of curing and brining, while providing a sophisticated modern twist on the deli sandwich. Prime briskets are cured in house and smoked over wood and charcoal to create some of the best pastrami you’ll ever have. Mibby's is everything familiar about a blue collar deli but with an emphasis on the best quality local ingredients Wilmington has to offer.

A Concept Comes True

The Concept Kitchen at End of Days Distillery has provided numerous chefs and  entrepreneurs a platform for culinary innovation in a dynamic environment. Our team first delivered Mibby's Deli as a "simple" proposition- Why not have a proper deli where the star of the show, the meats, are made start to finish in house? The easy answer is because it's hard, and shortcuts are easy. Now we're back, permanently. House-cured, wood-smoked, no shortcuts.
